Written Test Administration Request
Thank you for your interest in scheduling a National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) written examination. Please submit the online Written Test Administration Request (WTAR) form when you have found a facility that meets the test site criteria and you are ready to commit to a specific exam date. This form must be submitted at least four (4) weeks prior to the test date selected. Incomplete forms may delay processing; late forms will incur additional fees.
After submitting your Written Test Administration Request you will receive an approval letter with a unique test administration number to document on your Candidate Applications. Candidate Applications, with a valid test site number, are due no later than two (2) weeks prior to the Written Exam test date.
Please download the NCCCO Written Examination Test Site Coordinator Handbook(s) appropriate for the CCO program(s) you are planning to hold exams for and read prior to completing and submitting your Written Test Administration Request form online. This handbook has important timeline information for setting up exams, site requirements, the roles of those involved in testing, and other valuable information.
